The Hungre concept is the brainchild of founders Jason Urquhart whose
aim is to use the electronic medium to manage the daily chores that take
up so much time.
Hungre is South Africa's first delivery service for multiple restaurants
that aims to use SMS and e-commerce technology to deliver food faster
than competitors and to improve customer service.
Use of Site
You may only use this site to browse the content, make legitimate purchases
and shall not use this site for any other purposes, including without
limitation, to make any speculative, false or fraudulent purchase. This

Product availability and Delivery Policy
Delivery is Free if you order online or by sms, we only charge a call
centre fee of R4.99 if you phone in the order.
Delivery time is dependent on product availability. Should our suppliers
have stock available, orders will be dispatched the immediately provided
that the payment method is validated/received.
Should the product not be in stock with our suppliers, we will contact
you using the details that you have provided in your account, in an attempt
to make amendments to your order that suits your preference, or to cancel
the order at our discretion.
Every effort is made to effect delivery of your order timeously however
unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such
an occurrence we will contact you and provide an updated delivery schedule.
When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and
your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in
any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You
must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and
agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase,
it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions
for such purchase. If you have any queries please contact us before making
any purchase for any service through this website.
Please ensure the correct delivery address is provided from the outset
as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.
Refunds/Returns Policy
No returns will be accepted.
Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase you will be liable
for a 100% of the original fee.
The Providers will not be liable for any refunds.
Payment Options and Pricing
All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR).
You're total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any
applicable
sales tax and shipping charges (on the day of shipping).
The Providers reserve the right to change pricing at any time without
prior notice.
Credit Card
We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards. If you do not have a credit
card please utilise one of the other payment options, or simply log off
and return to the site at a later time to complete your order.
COD
If you choose to pay COD our delivery staff will collect the cash when
delivering the order. Tip’s are most welcome.

company registration documents and the site's registered domain name are
checked and verified by Thawte, ensuring the cardholder and merchant that

transactions. Virtual Card Services Internet servers are protected by

The Merchant does not have access to credit details.

with the laws of South Africa whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction
in any dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to
